Flexible Cancellation Options

After 24 hours: Custom orders cannot be canceled as production will have started.
Once payment is made, order processing begins within 24 hours—custom dolls go into production, and in-stock dolls are prepared for shipping. Material allocation and associated costs are incurred during this time. Please double-check your order before submitting, as cancellations are not possible after 24 hours or once production begins.
In-Stock Doll Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once the doll has shipped. If canceled after shipment, the shipping, labor, and packaging costs will be deducted from your refund.
Handling Out-of-Stock Dolls
If an in-stock doll becomes unavailable, we offer these alternatives:

Free Replacement: Choose another doll and we will adjust the price and offer additional compensation.

2. Return Policy

Incorrect Dolls: If the doll doesn't match your order, please provide an unboxing video showing the full doll, head, shipping label, and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.

Damaged Dolls: Report any damages to the carrier immediately, then contact us. Depending on the damage, we will offer repairs, replacements, or refunds.

Lost Packages: File a claim with the carrier and notify us. To ensure secure delivery, adult signatures are required for most shipments.
