How to Track Your Order
All dolls are shipped directly from our factory in China. Once your doll is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number.

Customs and Clearance Process
To help you with customs clearance, we chartered a plane to send your package to the U.S. Please note that tracking updates won’t occur until customs clearance is complete. It may take 5-8 working days for your package to arrive and clear customs. Please remain patient.
Once cleared, we will transfer your package to FedEx, and they will continue delivery. FedEx will update your tracking details, so keep an eye on the tracking in case of any delays or issues (e.g., tracking suspension, lost items, etc.) until delivery is confirmed.
Customs Duties and Taxes
In some countries, import taxes may be due upon delivery, typically ranging from $100 to $150 depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for paying these taxes and fees.
