DETAILED CUSTOMIZATION WORKFLOW

Step 1 · Photo Submission & Feasibility Review

Please submit several clear reference photos from different angles.
Our team will evaluate whether the customization request is technically feasible before proceeding.
Once confirmed, payment for the custom doll is required. Due to the personalized nature of this service, orders cannot be canceled after this stage.

Step 2 · 3D Modeling

Based on the materials you provide, our professional designers will create a detailed 3D facial model.
We will communicate with you during this phase to ensure the model aligns as closely as possible with your expectations.

Step 3 · Mold Development

After the 3D model is finalized, our engineers will develop exclusive production molds specifically for your custom doll.

Step 4 · Doll Production

With the molds completed, the doll enters production using your selected materials, including:

  • Silicone
  • TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)
  • S-TPE
  • TPE body with silicone head
Step 5 · Makeup & Styling

Once production is finished, our experienced makeup artists will apply makeup inspired by your reference materials.
Eyes, hair, and final styling are installed and adjusted according to your preferences.

Step 6 · Quality Inspection

Before shipment, every custom doll undergoes a comprehensive visual and structural inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Step 7 · Discreet Packaging & Shipping

Your custom doll will be securely packed and shipped with full discretion.
Shipping labels and packaging will not reveal the contents.
