3. Production
Once payment is confirmed, your doll will be manufactured. Production typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the brand selected.
4. Pre-Shipment Approval
Before shipping, we will provide photos of your completed doll for your review and confirmation.
5. Shipping & Customs
After shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 3–4 days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.
Please note that import duties or customs taxes may apply in certain countries. These fees generally range from $100 to $200 or more, depending on the doll and destination. Any applicable import taxes or customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Delivery & Feedback

If the doll arrives with any defects and has not been used, we can arrange a return or resolution provided you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
