What’s Not Covered Under the Money-Back Guarantee?
Skin Imperfections – Minor skin blemishes, such as slight surface variations, mold seams, and injection sites, are not considered defects and are not eligible for the money-back guarantee. These are simply "birthmarks" that make your doll one-of-a-kind.

Used Dolls – Once used, dolls are not eligible for a return or refund, but we are happy to assist and resolve any issues where possible.
User-Induced Damage – Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling (like overstretching limbs or causing tears) will not be covered. We reserve the right to evaluate the damage based on the provided details and make a final decision at MyLoverDoll's discretion.
Custom Dolls – If you’ve requested specific customizations (such as changes to skin tone, nipple size, or vaginal color), your doll is considered a bespoke item made exclusively for you. While we are open to discussing returns and refunds, we cannot guarantee automatic eligibility for a full refund unless the doll is genuinely defective or not as described.
